An obstinate foreign scholar
Appearance: Average height, black hair, coal-grey eyes, glasses, pale skin
NEVER call him Noritaka, or any form of that. Stick to Suto-san, or Suto-sama. Only one person in Calleria is allowed to call him Noritaka, and you aren’t him.
Suto-san is an Ibitonese scholar who studies psychic powers, particularly their origin. He seems arrogant and indifferent at first, well, he always seems arrogant and indifferent, but it’s obvious that his emotions and attachments run deep.
Suto-san began studying the psychic powers at a young age, when he lived in Rinuyu, Ibito. After some interesting discoveries, he focused on the origin of psychic powers. Through the years, he picked up a patron and an assistant. Although the timing is off, Suto-san claims he fled Ibito when Gallision invaded and conquered Ibito, with the help of Marianna Blasek, a tourist. They fled to Tulduroc, Agycur, where a young noblewoman helped them settle in.
A few months after the final battle when Gallision conquered Ibito, Suto-san and the others received a visit from their new Empress, Sargonia, who asked them to hand over their research. Suto-san refused, and they fled for their lives, with the help of Marianna Blasek, a tourist. They fled to Tulduroc, Agycur, where a young noblewoman helped them settle in. When they refused a second time to give Empress Sargonia his research, she named the Innes family, Alisia’s family, the Duchy of Agycur, and basically held Alisia for ransom.
